Martim Guia presents its new book

Our dearest and most respectful Grand Master presents to the public its new book of poetry. The occasion the 15th october, the place : the archive room of the Câmara Municipal de Lisboa. The title of the work: Tapirs, menhirs and druidas.
For our readers, not used to the terms, they figure examples of ancient architecture of the era of Portucale foundation. The former "lusitano" people that inhabited the place that is now Portugal was celts. Portuguese has a remote ancestry with the saxons, scottish, irish and north french peoples. The evidence of this expansion of population that colonize those lands more or less 6000 years ago is clear in many testimonies that antecipate the roman invasion.
